Resident Care Conferences

Scheduled conferences provide the healthcare team with a forum to share information and coordinate services. Residents and families are encouraged to attend conferences.

Social Services

A trained social service designee is available to assist with the transition into the facility and also to assist family members with psychological and social needs and provide personalized counseling to residents and families. The social service department helps residents’ families with concerns that may arise and, if necessary, makes proper referrals to other area resources.

Dietary Services

The dietary staff provides three nourishing balanced meals a day and provides other snacks as indicated. A registered dietician oversees dietary operations and makes regular reviews of residents' clinical records.

Pharmaceutical Services

A pharmacist specializing in long-term care is available to residents and families, and the health care team. Each month they review the resident records to identify potential interactions.

Laundry and Cleaning Services

Laundry services are provided and all departments work hard to keep units and facilities clean and smelling fresh. Housekeepers clean residents’ rooms and common areas daily and as needed.

Beauty and Barber Services

There are beauticians who come to the facility and provide hair care services on a weekly basis.

Religious Services

There are religious services held every weekend, which are provided by one of the local churches.
